Elliot House

Built in 1984, Elliot House is a Sheltered Home and is ideal for people with a reasonable amount of mobility (with or without walking aids)

It is all on ground floor level.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, residents’ kitchen, large lounge and a dining room.

Gardens surround most of the building and there is a sizeable car park.

Elliot House is situated just outside the centre of the village of West Kirby on the south coast of the Wirral Peninsula.

We are very close to bus and rail services, a good variety of shops and cafes and also close to a magnificent coast line with a very good promenade.

Life at Elliot House

We have a housekeeper who is on duty from morning to early afternoon.

She prepares and serves a midday meal every day and also makes sure your food is available for breakfast and tea for you to prepare.

The housekeeper is also responsible for the running and upkeep of the house and for making sure all needs are taken care of.

Elliot House has 6 single bed-sitting rooms each with an en-suite wet-room.

Plus, 1 flat comprising lounge, small kitchen and bedroom with en suite wet room.

All our rooms enjoy a view of either the grounds or a view overlooking the village.
